2024-2025 Plano West Physical Day

Plano West 24-25 Physical Day is May 8!
On Wednesday, May 8, Plano West is hosting its annual Physical Day for all West Cluster athletes from 3:00-6:00 p.m. in the Plano West SAC. Each physical is just $20, and all students must pre-register before arriving at Plano West.
Students participating in Plano ISD activities are REQUIRED to have a yearly physical prior to participation in ANY tryouts, practices or games/competitions for PISD athletics. Physicals must be completed on or after April 1, 2024 for participation in the 2024-2025 school year. Physicals must be completed on the official UIL physical form.

Reminders:
- All athletes must have a current SIGNED medical history to attend
- Registration and payment must be completed before arriving for your time slot
When do I attend?
Please review the following time slots for each group: (grade levels for current school year):
- 3:00 p.m.: 7th Period Athletics
- 4:25 p.m.: West Cluster High School Athletes
- 5:15 p.m.: West Cluster Middle School Athletes
