Shepton HS is excited to announce a Shepton Parent Night event in Spanish on Tuesday, November 28 from 6:30-7:30 pm. This event is specifically for our Newcomer Families who speak Spanish and need support in accessing Parent Portal to review attendance and grades, connecting to community resources, and to offer more personalized support. Childcare and snacks will also be provided!

Shepton Theatre is holding auditions for their spring musical "Mean Girls - High School Version" on November 27-28. For more information, join the "Mean Girls" Google Classroom using code dtw3ds6. 

Break a leg, thespians!

Shepton Step Out is coming on Friday, December 1! During an extended lunch period, your student is encouraged to "Step Out" and have lunch outside. Shepton STUCO will have food trucks, drinks, and snacks from several vendors (including your PTSA!) available for purchase. Plus, there will be plenty of music and fun with friends! 

Want a new hoodie for the cooler weather? PTSA will also be at Step Out with Spirit Wear available for sale. You won't want to miss this!

Semester Exams are quickly approaching, and will be the week of December 18-21. Shepton is asking all families to arrange trips and any other absences to ensure that students are present for their exams as scheduled.

Please note: Student dismissal is at 1:00 p.m. on all exam days, with buses running at 1:15 p.m.

Students with 0-Hour classes at West: You will take your 8th Period test on Monday, December 18 during the 1st Period Exam Time at West. Your 0-Hour Exam will be on Thursday, December 21 at 11:05 a.m. at West.

Anyone can join the Shepton PTSA--parents, grandparents, students, and staff members. Community members are also welcome to join!

Did you know that students can join the Shepton PTSA? Any student that joins Shepton PTSA for both freshman and sophomore years is eligible to apply for our $500 college scholarship awarded during their senior year!

Shepton PTSA is an an all-volunteer organization, and are always looking for great volunteers to support our programs and events.

Each Plano ISD Academy program is providing open houses and virtual meetings starting this month so families can learn more details about each individual program and ask questions.
