This year's Plano Holiday Parade is coming up on Saturday, December 14 at 2:00 p.m. and will feature several Shepton student groups!
Wear your Shepton spirit wear, bring your family and friends, and come support your Shepton friends!
Shepton groups participating include:
- Shepton's "Sound of the Pack" Marching Band and Color Guard
- Shepton Sapphires
- Shepton Cheer
The Plano Holiday Parade is a great, family tradition, and this year is no different with the "Candy Wonderland" theme! The parade is organized by the Rotary Clubs of Plano, and will feature Olympic Gold Medal gymnast and Plano resident Hezly Rivera as the Holiday Spirit Ambassador! At the age of 16, Hezly represented the United States this summer at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics. Not only was she the youngest member of the gold medal-winning team, but she was the youngest athlete across the entire U.S delegation.
All Planoites are invited to come out and cheer on Plano’s high school marching bands, drill teams, and color guards performing in the parade alongside festive floats from local businesses, non-profit organizations, and clubs. Topping off the magical afternoon will be an appearance from Santa!
It's going to be a fun afternoon that you won't want to miss!
