24-25 Course Change Requests Due March 1!

Hello students and families! Counselors are so proud of our students for their hard work in course planning that took place last semester! Students' course requests can be found in SchooLinks on your child's Webdesk.

We understand that some students may have minor changes they would like to make to these requests. We will allow schedule changes to those selections until March 1, 2024. Please email your counselor with any changes or pick up a schedule change form in the counseling office.

Visit here to view Shepton counselor contact information.

Congratulations to Our 2023-2024 Texas PTA Lifetime Members!

★ Kathleen Knight – Life Member

★ Lisa Divine – Extended Service Award

Each award recipient will be honored at this year's West Cluster Life Member Banquet at Plano West Senior High School on Tuesday, April 9.

Thank you for your dedication and time spent supporting our Shepton students, teachers, and community!

Congratulations to the Plano West Jazz Orchestra!

Plano West Jazz Orchestra has been chosen as one of the 2024 Essentially Ellington Competition & Festival finalists and will be heading to New York City this coming May for the 6th year in a row!

Essentially Ellington is the Super Bowl of high school Jazz Bands. Over 100 high school Jazz Bands nationwide submit recordings of their performances. Each recording is judged in a blind screening process, and only 15 high school Jazz Bands are chosen as finalists. This is a huge achievement for our Plano West Jazz Orchestra Band!

They’re not only representing PISD, but also Texas as they were the only high school Jazz Band in Texas to be chosen as a finalist!

Congratulations to the Jazz Band students and to their amazing Director, Preston Pierce. We wish you the best of luck!
