Plano ISD is implementing a new volunteer management system for the 2020-2021 school year. In order to facilitate a smooth transition, all 2019-2020 volunteer records will remain active until August 31, 2020, instead of being deactivated on June 30 per standard practice.

Volunteers will need to reapply in the new system prior to August 31 when their profile will be deactivated in the old system. The new system will be available at www.pisd.edu/volunteer in early August, and any new volunteers wanting to apply will be able to do so at that time. We appreciate your patience during this transition as we work to improve your volunteer experience as a valued partner in student success.
